申诉信万能思路：
1.先梳理列出不可抗力因素，要合理有根据地造，比如生病或照顾亲朋好友等等等，原则上真实可信
2.正文第一段：2句话即可
记住，很重要，言简意赅，说明科目和考试场次，因特殊原因来申请xx机会
3.正文第二段：首句点明不可抗力是啥，然后解释故事线细节
4.正文第三段：提及这门课对你而言有多难，为什么(比如不是正常的专业课），备考压力大，尽管你已经非常努力
5.正文第四段：平时成绩分数，提及做了很多笔记，认真对待这门课。本应该有更好的成绩，但压力太大没发挥好
6.恳请考虑这些特殊因素，给予重新打分或者重考等机会
重点段落通用模板：
首段：
I'm writing to apply for a special consideration for the score of my final exam of the course XXXXX. I would highly appreciate it if you could kindly take into consideration the special situation I encountered below.
尾段：
